Processing Time

All physical orders are processed within 2–5 business days(excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (such as launches, holidays, or special promotions), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard      Shipping (U.S.): 5–10 business days
• Expedited      Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Orders are shipped via reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship internationally

Digital Products

Digital products (such as online courses, downloadable materials, or virtual offerings) are not shipped. Access details will be delivered via email immediately or within 24 hours of purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at terri@holisticsynergy.org. We will work with the carrier to assist you, though we are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping provider.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you with a replacement or resolution.

Digital Products & Online Programs

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products are final. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Online courses      and class series
• Digital      downloads (eBooks, PDFs, meditations, workbooks, recordings)
• Virtual      workshops or programs

Once access is granted or a file is downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Books (Physical Products)

If you purchase a physical book from us:

• Returns or      exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused,      unmarked, and in original condition
• Return shipping      costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Services & Coaching Sessions

All coaching sessions, consultations, and services are non-refundable once booked.

• If you need to      reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance
• Missed      appointments or late cancellations may be forfeited without refund

Exchanges

Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis for physical items only. Please contact us prior to returning any item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect physical item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details so we can make it right.
